Founded in 2026, we are a global professional services firm delivering expertise across the full spectrum of information security.

Omni Praesidio is led by Richard Rodriguez, a highly skilled information security executive with a rare breadth of expertise spanning the technical, legal, and strategic dimensions of the field.

Richard holds five academic degrees, including a Master of Science in Network, Computer, and Information Security from DePaul University in the United States; a Master of Laws in Cybercrime, Cybersecurity, and International Law from the University for Peace, an institution established by the General Assembly of the United Nations; and an Executive MBA from the University of Deusto, an AMBA and AACSB accredited university, and the oldest business school in Spain.

He has also earned 70 certifications spanning nearly every conceivable domain of information security. Among these, he is one of only 12 individuals in the world to hold every ISC2 certification, one of a select few to have earned nearly all ISACA certifications, and a Fellow of Information Privacy with the IAPP.
