Omni Praesidio, Latin for "protecting everything". Founded in 2026, we are a global professional services firm delivering expertise across the full spectrum of information security. What sets us apart is our holistic assessment methodology, which evaluates technology, processes, governance, risk management, and security leadership to provide a complete view of an organization's security posture.

 

Founder and CEO Richard Rodriguez, a highly skilled information security executive with a broad range of expertise. He holds five academic degrees: a Master of Science in Network, Computer, and Information Security from DePaul University in the United States; a Master of Laws in Cybercrime, Cybersecurity, and International Law from the University for Peace, an institution established by the General Assembly of the United Nations; and an Executive MBA from the University of Deusto, which is AMBA and AACSB accredited and holds the distinction of being the oldest business school in Spain.

 

 

 

 

In addition, Richard has earned 70 certifications spanning nearly every conceivable domain of information security. Among these achievements, he is one of only 12 individuals in the world to have earned every ISC2 certification, one of a select few to have earned nearly all ISACA certifications, and a holder of the ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP), AHIMA CHPS,  SHRM-CP and DRI International CBCP credentials. He has also become a Fellow of Information Privacy with the IAPP after earning several of the organization's certifications.
